*You will oversee crop sales pipelines, convert seasonal crop projections into buyer order sheets, and build robust B2B buyer relationships, pricing strategy, and logistical coordination to minimize post-harvest loss and maximize crop profitability.*

*Key Responsibilities*

*Sales & Account Management*

F *Create and update crop availability lists for wholesale channels.*

F *Secure long-term purchase agreements with supermarkets, restaurants, and food hubs.*

F *Establish agile pricing models based on market volatility and crop grading.*

F *Onboard recent buyers to expand local, regional, or export sales channels.*

F *Manage invoices, payments, and client communication accounts.*

*Inventory & Operational Coordination*

F *Collaborate with the Harvest Operations Manager to forecast weekly crop yields.
