Key Responsibilities

1. IT Rental Sales & Business Development
- Generate recent business opportunities for IT equipment rental services.
- Identify and approach potential corporate, B2B, SME, institutional, and event customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, references, and customer visits.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT rental solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/rental targets.

2. Customer Requirement Handling
- Understand customer requirements for laptops, desktops, monitors, servers, workstations, printers, projectors, networking equipment, and other IT assets.
- Discuss quantity, configuration, rental duration, delivery requirements, and budget with customers.
- Suggest appropriate products and rental solutions based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal inventory/operations team to confirm equipment availability.

3. Lead Management & Sales Closure
- Handle leads from enquiry to final order closure.




- Prepare and send quotations and commercial proposals.
- Follow up consistently on quotations and open opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, rental tenure, payment terms, and other commercial conditions.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed rental orders.

4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Generate business through rental renewals, extensions, and additional equipment requirements.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with relevant internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with key accounts and customers.

5. Market Development
- Identify new customer segments and industries for IT rental opportunities.
- Research competitor offerings, market pricing, and customer requirements.
- Develop new sources and channels for lead generation.
