Job Description:
Must Have:
- Requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in manufacturing IT, data platforms, observability, application operations, infrastructure, or enterprise monitoring preferred
Skills Needed
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or similar certification preferred.
- Knowledge/Experience in leading projects in validated environments
- Experienced in leading multi-function cross-team collaboration between IT and Business
- Experience in managing program timelines, risks, status, escalations in timely manner
- Understand and work within Medtronic processes and tools
- Solid understanding of SDLC as well as good knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid project management principles and practices
- Robust knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Projects
- Experience managing Project Costing, Budget Forecasting, Resource Management
- Familiarity with Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and project reporting tools preferred.
