Role Description-

This is a full-time in office role for a BIM Modeller, for Pune/Bangalore office . The BIM modeller will be responsible for creating and managing detailed parametric families and modular families with LOD 400, applying 3D design principles, and utilizing advanced tools like Dynamo,



Rhino, Grasshopper, Recap etc. The candidate needs to be well versed with Revit and Skills for Scan to BIM and also digital twin are appreciated. The role includes coordinating with team members to ensure design specifications are met and adhering to deadlines while maintaining precise quality standards. The professional will also participate in conceptualizing and visualizing designs to achieve project objectives effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanial Engineering / Architecture or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in 3D Modeling in REVIT is a must.

• Minimum 3 years of Experience.

• Excellent skills in Family creation in revit.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Dynamo, SketchUp, Rhino, Recap, Navisworks.
