Role & responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new compressed air dryer products.
- Manage engineering changes and product updates.
- Ensure process adherence to deliver high-quality products.
- Drive design optimization to achieve material cost reduction.
Preferred candidate profile
- 6 to 10 years of experience in design and development of dryers or Refrigeration and air-conditioners.
- Core experience in design and development of dryers for compressed air application
- Solid knowledge of refrigeration compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, refrigerant control systems, and refrigerant line sizing.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and product testing.
- Familiarity with supplier development and vendor management for dryer-related components.
- Knowledge of applicable standards, statutory requirements, and product certifications.
