Job Description:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow applications.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements.
- Prepare
BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria
.
- Work closely with ServiceNow Developers and Architects for solution design.
- Good understanding of
ServiceNow ITSM modules
such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Perform gap analysis and identify process improvements.
- Support
UAT, testing, defect tracking, and deployment activities
.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
- Maintain proper project and requirement documentation.
- Solid communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Must Have:

ServiceNow, Business Analysis, ITSM, Requirement Gathering, User Stories, UAT, Agile/Scrum, Stakeholder Management.
