Key Responsibilities

- Process Discipline – Enforce SOPs, documentation standards, and eliminate deviations.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in operations or project management within the construction industry
- Proven ability to manage multi‑department teams across design, procurement, and execution
- Experience working with global teams preferred
