Role & responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify high-impact product opportunities.
- Translate customer and business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to deliver products on time.
- Use product analytics, customer feedback, experimentation, and A/B testing to drive data-informed decisions.
- Define and track KPIs such as adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, effort, and strategic alignment.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify product gaps, risks,



and opportunities and develop solutions to improve user experience and business performance.
- Manage and communicate product roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior Product Managers and contribute to building product management best practices and processes.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Technology, or a related role, with demonstrated ownership of digital products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute is preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid understanding of product strategy, product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, Agile/Scrum, and product lifecycle management.
