Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager Government & PSU to drive business development and revenue growth across Government Departments, PSUs, Healthcare and Municipal Corporations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Government IT Sales, PSU Sales, GeM, e-Tendering, Government Procurement, Tender Management and Enterprise IT Solution Sales, preferably with a System Integrator, IT Infrastructure company, OEM or Technology Solutions provider.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from identifying opportunities and tenders to technical/commercial bid coordination, negotiation and closure.

Key Responsibilities
- *Drive sales of IT Infrastructure solutions, including:*
- Enterprise Networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Network Security & Cybersecurity
- Firewalls, NAC, DLP, SIEM, SOC Solutions
- Servers, Storage & Backup Solutions
- Data Center Solutions
- Cloud Solutions
- Collaboration & Video Conferencing Solutions
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Managed Services




- Develop and maintain relationships with Government departments, PSUs, Smart City projects, educational institutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities through GEM, CPPP, e-Tender portals, and direct customer engagement.
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle, including:
- Tender identification
- Pre-bid meetings
- Technical compliance
- Commercial submissions
- Bid coordination
- Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Work closely with OEMs and distributors to obtain pricing, technical support, and bid registrations.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales and technical teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales and gross margin targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.
- Build long-term relationships with key Government and PSU stakeholders.
