About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing operations, invoice preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant billing experience, strong numerical skills, good knowledge of billing processes, and proficiency in accounting or ERP software.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accurate invoices, bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Handle day-to-day billing activities and ensure invoices are generated within timelines.
- Verify billing details against purchase orders, delivery challans, work orders, quotations, and other supporting documents.
- Ensure accuracy of quantities, rates, taxes, discounts, and other billing parameters.
- Maintain proper records of invoices and billing-related documents.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Sales,



Operations, and other departments for billing requirements.
- Follow up with relevant teams for missing or incorrect information required for invoice generation.
- Handle invoice corrections, cancellations, adjustments, and credit/debit note requirements.
- Maintain billing registers and prepare regular billing reports.
- Reconcile billing data with internal records and identify discrepancies.
- Support the accounts team with documentation and billing-related reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST and invoicing requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of physical and digital invoices.
- Assist in resolving client queries related to invoices, billing amounts, taxes, and payment documentation.
- Track outstanding invoices and coordinate with the concerned team for payment follow-ups when required.
