We are looking for a results-driven IT Outsourcing / Offshore Business Development Executive who can identify and generate recent business opportunities for our IT services and outsourcing solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for international client acquisition, lead generation, prospecting, cold outreach, requirement understanding, proposal coordination, and converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales, software development services, outsourcing, offshore development, lead generation, or international B2B business development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
- Find potential clients looking for IT outsourcing, software development,



web development, mobile app development, SaaS, and IT consulting services.
- Conduct lead generation through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, online platforms, and other B2B channels.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, and potential clients.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and understand their business and technical requirements.
- Schedule meetings and product/service discussions with qualified prospects.
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, company profiles, and service presentations.
- Coordinate with the technical/project team to understand project requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, and other communication channels.
- Negotiate with prospective clients and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and lead database.
- Achieve assigned weekly/monthly lead
