The Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensure successful project delivery through effective process analysis, documentation, and testing support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyze processes and propose improvements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide training and documentation for end-users.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.

Key Skills:




- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
