This role is responsible for driving marketing efficiency, optimising Aspire's digital presence, improving discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search platforms, and delivering actionable insights that support business growth.The ideal candidate combines marketing operations expertise with website and social media governance, digital analytics, stakeholder management, and emerging AI search optimisation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Marketing Operations
- Manage and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and campaign execution across platforms.
- Own marketing data quality, governance, reporting, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales,



and business teams to improve lead management and campaign effectiveness.
- Support marketing technology platforms and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

2.Website Management and social media
- Lead the ongoing management, maintenance, and optimization of corporate website.
- Work closely with vertical and practice marketing leads along with business stakeholders to ensure website content remains accurate, current, and aligned with business priorities.
- Monitor website performance and user behavior to improve engagement, conversions, and user experience.
- Manage website enhancements, releases, governance, and compliance requirements
- Lead/manage the social media presence and build a strong brand image by driving audience engagement, thought leadership, and consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
