Role:
Senior Technical Architect for Automotive

System Engineering Support for a Japanese OEM program, responsible for onsite customer engagement, technical coordination, system engineering activities, and offshore team leadership.

Experience Level
15+ years of experience in Automotive Embedded Systems, System Engineering, Camera/AVM Integration, or ADAS domains with solid customer-facing experience. Experience working with Japanese OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is preferred.

Role and Responsibility




Project & Delivery Management
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, risks, and technical dependencies.
- Prepare and present technical status reports to customers and leadership teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify/cross sell/provide solutions to customers; building collaterals.
- Use independent judgment to design and develop architecture for a project, proof of concepts or prototypes in emerging technologies based on inputs from customer or project team.
- Identify, analyze, recommend, implement improvements in existing system architectures
- Serve as domain representative and spokesperson on integrated product development teams, review committees, technical task force etc.
- Support proposal preparation, technical estimations, and future business opportunities.
