Role Description
The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels,



providing accurate information about products, services, and order status. The specialist will manage service requests, coordinate with internal departments, and update systems to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions, monitoring customer satisfaction, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role also supports continuous improvement of customer experience by gathering feedback, identifying recurring issues, and contributing to process enhancements.
