We are looking for a highly curious and capable AI & automation specialist who can help us design and build our internal ERP systems, automation workflows, and AI-driven tools.

This is a high-impact role where the candidate will work directly with the leadership team to digitize and automate the entire organization.

Role Overview

The candidate will design and implement internal systems and automation tools across departments such as:
- Merchandising
- Sampling
- Production
- Fabric & trims tracking
- Inventory
- Accounts
- HR & attendance
- Quality control
- Shipment tracking
- Buyer communication

The goal is to gradually build a fully integrated internal ERP and automation ecosystem using modern tools and AI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Internal ERP Development




- Build internal ERP systems for different departments
- Integrate Google Workspace, databases, and automation tools
- Develop dashboards for management visibility

2. AI Workflow Automation
- Automate email processing (extract tech packs, buyer requirements)
- Build AI systems to convert buyer emails into structured tasks
- Automate internal follow-ups

3. Data Integration
- Connect systems such as HRMS, ERP, Google Sheets, and other tools
- Build centralized dashboards for business data

4. Department Workflow Digitization

Digitize processes for:

Merchandising

Production planning

Fabric tracking

Quality checks

Shipment tracking

5. Automation Tools

Build systems using tools such as:
- Python
- APIs
- Zapier / Make
- AI models
- Google Workspace automation
- Workflow tools

6. Continuous Improvement

Work closely with management to continuously improve processes and automation.
