We are looking for a creative and proactive Communication Specialist to join our team. The role involves creating and managing communication across digital and offline platforms while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Create content for social media, websites, emailers, WhatsApp, brochures, posters, and other communication materials.

* Plan and support marketing and communication campaigns.

* Manage social media content and ensure consistency in brand messaging.

* Write clear and engaging content for parents, students, employees, and other audiences.

* Coordinate website content and regular updates.

* Support admissions and promotional campaigns.

* Coordinate with graphic designers, digital marketing teams, PR agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.

* Support the communication and promotion of events, announcements, achievements, and school initiatives.

* Ensure all communication follows the brand guidelines and tone of voice.





* Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.

* Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and quality.

Requirements

* 3–6 years of experience in communications, content, marketing, or a related field.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong content writing and editing skills.

* Positive understanding of social media and digital communication.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

* Experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
