Key Responsibilities:

Ensure quality standards for ladies leather footwear from cutting to final packing.

Inspect leather, components, and finished products.

Monitor production quality and reduce defects.

Conduct inline and final quality inspections.

Implement quality improvement processes.

Coordinate with production, merchandising, and sourcing teams.

Prepare quality reports and ensure customer compliance.

Requirements:

8 to 12+ years of experience in ladies leather footwear quality.

Strong knowledge of leather materials, construction, fitting, and finishing.

Experience handling export quality standards and audits.

Positive leadership and problem-solving skills.
