About the Role

You'll be the voice of Leadzo - helping buyers find the right professionals and helping sellers get the most out of the platform. This is a high-ownership role where you'll handle inbound calls, email tickets, and everything in between to ensure a smooth experience on both sides of the marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities




- Be a product expert - assist new and existing sellers and buyers with any queries they have about the platform
- Front-line support for inbound calls and emails, resolving issues on first contact
- Successfully onboard recent sellers to the platform, guiding them through their first credit purchase (all our sales are warm - no cold calling)
- Encourage eligible sellers to explore upgrade options through soft, consultative selling
- Build trust and lasting relationships with buyers and sellers through clear, friendly communication
- Manage the team inbox using Zoho Desk/or any equivalent - track, prioritise, and resolve tickets efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and resolutions

What We're Looking For
- 1 year of experience in customer support, inbound/outbound calls, or a client-facing role
- Strong spoken and written English - clear, confident, and professional
- Fluency in Kannada is a must (Bengaluru-first launch); proficiency in Hindi and any o
