Key Requirements
Solid hands-on experience in Payroll Management & Processing
Expertise in Statutory Compliance and labour law requirements
Strong understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable statutory requirements
Experience in end-to-end HR Operations
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management
Experience in handling audits, statutory returns, compliance documentation, and inspections
Ability to manage HR operations with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in managing HR processes independently and driving process improvements
Candidates with experience in ITES / BPO / ePublishing / Corporate environments will be preferred
