About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and highly articulate Client Outreach & Wealth Management Executive to support the VP Wealth Management in client outreach, relationship building, and business development activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a professional personality, and the ability to confidently interact with HNI/UHNI clients through telephone calls, video meetings, and face-to-face meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and explain the company''s Wealth Management services and investment solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients for the VP Wealth Management.
- Personally meet clients and prospects, wherever required, for business development and relationship-building activities.
- Present Wealth Management products, investment solutions, and services in a explicit and professional manner.
- Understand client requirements, financial objectives,



and investment preferences and communicate them effectively to the Wealth Management team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with HNI, UHNI, corporate, and other potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and prospects.
- Coordinate with the VP Wealth Management for client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and business proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Represent the organization professionally during client meetings, events, seminars, and networking activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow all applicable compliance and internal policies.
