Customer Care Executive – Hindi

Location:* Padivattom, Edappally, Kochi*
Working time: 8.30 AM- 5.30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month( Based on previous experience and package)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, BPO, Customer Support, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills in Hindi and English can also apply.
- Fluent in Hindi and English – both verbal and written.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Provide customer support in Hindi and English.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.




- Follow company policies, processes, and service standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
