RESTAURANT STEWARD

Hotel Aaradhya | Sawantwadi, Maharashtra

Hotel Aaradhya is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Stewards to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should be polite, well-groomed, responsible, and committed to providing an excellent dining experience to our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar team.

• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper service standards.

• Set up and explicit tables before and after guest service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas.

• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with the team to resolve basic concerns.

• Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and restaurant equipment.

• Follow hotel standards for grooming, hygiene, and guest service.





• Assist the restaurant team during busy periods, events, and special functions.

• Coordinate effectively with kitchen, housekeeping, front office, and other departments when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality and guest-friendly attitude.

• Good personal grooming and hygiene.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is preferred.

• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
