Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage financial control processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Oversee commercial finance activities such as sales analysis and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate finance policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various functions (finance, operations, HR).
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in finance controllership or related field (CA preferred).
- Robust understanding of business finance principles and practices.
- Proficiency in retail finance, commercial finance, controllership, financial controllership, or similar fields.
