Role Summary
The Lead Software Engineer, Reporting & Internal Tools is responsible for leading the design,
development, and maintenance of internal tools, reporting solutions, dashboards, and automation supporting Engineering Operations. The role focuses on building scalable internal applications, developing Jira API-based integrations, automating operational workflows, and delivering reporting solutions using contemporary visualization and analytics platforms. The role also provides technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to engineering team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of internal tools and reporting applications supporting Engineering Operations.
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions using MicroStrategy, Metabase, Tableau, and Kibana.
- Design and implement Jira UI/API-based integrations, automation, and report
