Role Purpose

The Cluster Head – Admissions will be responsible for driving and managing the overall admissions strategy across schools within the assigned city. The role will lead admission teams, achieve enrolment targets, strengthen lead conversion, develop market strategies, and ensure a consistent and positive parent experience across all schools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions Strategy & Target Achievement
- Develop and execute the annual city-level admissions strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive achievement of school-wise and city-wise admission/enrolment targets.
- Prepare admission plans based on market potential, competition, school capacity and historical trends.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly admission performance and take corrective actions.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Oversee the complete admissions funnel from lead generation to enrolment.




- Identify opportunities to improve lead-to-visit and visit-to-admission conversion.
- Analyse sources of leads and optimise high-performing channels.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective closure of prospective parents.

3. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor and monitor the performance of the city admissions team.
- Set individual and team targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Identify training requirements and develop the team's counselling and sales capabilities.
- Ensure accountability and performance discipline within the team.

4. Market & Competition Analysis
- Conduct regular market intelligence on competitor schools, fee structures, offerings and admission trends.
- Identify new catchment areas and potential markets for enrolment growth.
- Recommend strategies for improving the positioning and visibility of schools in the city.

5. Parent Experience
- Ensure a skilled and consistent parent counselling experience across schools.
