Role & responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for planning and execution of entire Air & Surface Operations of Gujarat Region & implementation of Operations SOPs;
- Time Management to work with multiple branches and managers across the region, driving many miles to coordinate Branch/Franchisee visits and reviews;
- Improve regional processes, policies, and practices so as to achieve company's goals and ensure regional branch/franchise adhere to company-wide laid down rules and guidelines;
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage various Franchisees/branches /hubs within region;
- Assist in the recruitment of staff, establish work schedules for staff being put in place and evaluate staff performance at the end of a given period;
- Maintain work Discipline;
- Responsible for all aspects of Operational financial oversight for the region.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with MS Excel experience ( Basic Operations , Lookups, Filter, Pivot Table, Dashboard, Charts)
