Overall Summary:
We are looking for an experienced
SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultant
with
8+ years of hands-on experience
to drive end-to-end LMS implementations,
configurations, integrations, and enhancements.
Key Requirements:
- Strong functional expertise in
SAP SuccessFactors LMS
.
- SAP SuccessFactors LMS Certification is mandatory.
- Experience in
full-cycle LMS implementations
.
- Hands-on experience with
SCORM, AICC, and xAPI
.
- Solid knowledge of
Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
.
- Experience with
Integration Center
and
Employee Central (EC) integration
.
- Ability to handle LMS configuration, enhancements, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to design and deliver scalable learning solutions aligned with business requirements.
