We are looking for a agile and client-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to build long-term relationships with our clients, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable IT and digital solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services such as Website Development, SEO, Digital Marketing, Mobile Apps, AR/VR,



Custom Software, and Branding.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, renewals, and contract management.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Track revenue, client engagement, and account growth metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide strategic recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in IT services, digital marketing, software sales, or account management is preferred.
- Basic understanding of website development, SEO, PP
