About the Team

The Operational Risk Management (ORM) team facilitates and monitors the implementation of effective operational risk management programs across the enterprise and oversees risk ownership across business units, products, and processes.

Within ORM, the Issues Events Analytics team transforms operational risk data into actionable insights that support executive decision-making, strengthen governance, and drive continuous improvement. The team develops enterprise reporting capabilities and executive insights, performs advanced analytics, identifies systemic risk themes, and partners across the organization to improve how operational risk is measured, understood, and managed.

Role Summary

ORM is looking for an Analyst, Issues and Events Analytics, to support the development of enterprise analytics, strategic insights, thematic analysis, and data-driven solutions that support operational risk management across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems through data, translating analysis into meaningful analyses,



and leveraging automation and emerging technologies to improve decision making.

Reporting to the Manager, Issues and Events Analytics, you will partner with stakeholders across ORM, Business Units, Technology, and Compliance to deliver high-quality analytical solutions, and strategic insights that support enterprise risk initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Operational Risk, Governance, Strategy, Consulting, or related analytical functions.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to derive meaningful business insights from complex datasets.
- Demonstrated experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, or management reporting.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
