The Content Writer Specialist will be a core driver of WCS India's content strategy. The ideal candidate produces high-quality, engaging content that expands reach, deepens audience engagement, attracts new clients, and drives traffic to the company's website and social media platforms. You will collaborate across teams to position WCS India as a thought leader in digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
Research and develop marketing collateral tailored to the target audience including case studies, blogs, product descriptions, email copy, and infographics.
Write, edit, and publish SEO-friendly website content to expand business audience reach and improve search rankings.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to produce original content that generates interest in the company's offerings and indirectly drives sales leads.
Utilize industry best practices and organizational mission to inspire relevant, high-impact content ideas.
Social Media & Campaign Support
Plan and execute social media content campaigns on LinkedIn and Twitter aligned to specific marketing goals.
Contribute to content calendar planning in close coordination with the Digital Marketing team and creative agency.
Ensure content delivery is flawless and conversion-focused, with the goal of lead generation and pipeline growth.
Website & Digital Presence
Conduct strategic planning and research to identify new website features that enhance customer interaction and engagement.
Maintain and update website content on a regular basis using WordPress CMS to reflect current messaging and campaigns.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of relevant content writing experience in the technology sector
Impeccable grammar, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with robust attention to detail
Familiarity with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Keyword
