We're looking for an HR Manager to run day-to-day HR operations and support hiring for our sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment for sales , and ops roles
- Handle onboarding, attendance, and employee documentation
- Support performance reviews and incentive tracking for sales teams
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws)
- Coordinate payroll and resolve employee queries/grievances
- Drive engagement activities and manage exits
Requirements
- 47 years of HR experience, ideally in a sales-driven company
- Good understanding of recruitment, compliance, and payroll processes
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good to Have
- Experience in real estate or investment sales companies
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
