360Future Academy is the education and professional training division of 360Medicare. The Academy delivers language training, professional development, international education and employment-readiness programmes for students and healthcare professionals.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, target-driven Academy Sales Manager to lead our student admissions, counselling, sales and enrolment activities.
About the Role
The Academy Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete student sales journey—from initial enquiry and counselling through to admission, enrolment and fee collection.
The successful candidate must have proven experience working in an academy, educational institution, EdTech company, language-training centre, study-abroad organisation or similar education workplace. They should be capable of managing a team of student counsellors,
developing an effective sales process and consistently achieving monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Student Enrolment
• Develop and implement the Academy’s student sales and enrolment strategy
• Take responsibility for achieving monthly enrolment and revenue targets
• Manage the complete student journey from initial enquiry to counselling, application, enrolment and fee payment
• Ensure that all leads are contacted promptly and followed up consistently
• Conduct telephone, online and face-to-face counselling sessions with prospective students and parents
• Explain course content, eligibility, fees, timelines and career pathways clearly and accurately
• Identify each student’s requirements and recommend suitable programmes
• Manage objections professionally and support prospective students in making informed decisions
• Follow up with interested students through tele
