Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Professional to manage Trade Marketing, Retail Visibility and Consumer Activation activities across the Visakhapatnam market.
The role will be responsible for strengthening brand presence across retail channels, improving in-store visibility, executing marketing campaigns, managing merchandising activities, driving consumer engagement and supporting overall sell-out growth.
Candidates from Consumer Durables, Electronics, FMCG, Retail, Telecom or related industries with strong trade marketing and channel-management experience are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive 100% adherence to brand and marketing guidelines across retail outlets.
- Develop and execute trade marketing and in-store marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Improve in-store visibility and competitiveness against competing brands across Modern Trade, Retail Chains, Brand Shops and Multi-Brand Outlets.
- Identify and optimize Golden Zones, Brand Zones and strategic product-display locations.
- Ensure effective execution of product displays, promotional campaigns and new-product launches.
- Monitor display quality, display hygiene, signage and overall retail visibility.
- Plan and execute POSM deployment across assigned outlets and ensure timely implementation.
- Monitor merchandiser/promoter productivity and improve execution standards.
- Support and drive overall sell-out growth and product portfolio growth through effective marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute in-store marketing activities, consumer communication and localized campaigns.
