Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with 4–8 years of experience in IT services sales and lead generation for the US and UK markets.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and client acquisition, particularly for Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, and Digital Engineering services. Candidates must possess a solid understanding of the data ecosystem and be comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders.





This is a hunter role focused on creating qualified opportunities and building a robust sales pipeline for Systango's Data, AI, and Digital Engineering offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
- Generate qualified leads and recent business opportunities across the US and UK markets through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Identify target accounts, key decision-makers, and business opportunities across industries.

Data & AI Services Selling
- Drive business development initiatives for Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, and Digital Engineering service offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and position relevant solutions and capabilities.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
