About the Role:

Finsmart Accounting is looking for a
Senior Business Development Executive
with 5–7 years of experience in KPO/BPO or skilled services sales, preferably within
outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, tax, payroll, finance, or staffing services
.

The person will be responsible for developing new business in the U.S. market, particularly with
CPA firms and accounting firms
. This is a hands-on sales role covering the complete business development cycle—from identifying prospects and initiating conversations to conducting discovery, preparing proposals, negotiating commercials, and closing business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with CPA firms, accounting firms, and other potential clients across the U.S.
- Generate qualified opportunities through
cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, events, webinars, and other outbound channels
.
- Engage with Partners, Owners, CXOs, and senior decision-makers to understand their staffing, capacity, accounting, tax, and operational challenges.




- Position offshore accounting and staffing solutions based on client requirements.
- Conduct discovery calls and present appropriate solutions covering bookkeeping, accounting, tax preparation, payroll, cleanup, and dedicated staffing.
- Own the
complete sales cycle
: prospecting → qualification → discovery → proposal → follow-up → negotiation → closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and clear next actions.
- Work closely with operations and delivery teams to develop accurate solutions, proposals, pricing, and onboarding plans.
- Maintain all prospect activities, opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline stages accurately in the CRM.
- Attend and support U.S. accounting conferences, networking events, webinars, and other business development initiatives when required.
