- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of recruitment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.

Job Requirements




- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technical sourcing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an asset.
