Role Description
This is a full time, on-site MEP Engineer role based in Chennai. The MEP Engineer will design, review, and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and project specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing drawings, conducting load calculations, overseeing installation works, resolving site issues, and coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate building services seamlessly. The role also involves monitoring progress, conducting inspections, supporting quality and safety standards, and providing technical input during procurement and commissioning.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering skills, including experience with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)



system design and integration.
- Candidates should possess skills in MEP coordination and Building Services, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering and Plumbing skills relevant to residential and commercial building projects.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, using relevant ACAD
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in ectrical, or related Engineering discipline; prior experience in building or real estate projects is preferred.
