We are looking for a
highly motivated and result-oriented Partnership Associate / Business Development Executive
to build and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions across Jaipur and other cities and states in India.

? What You’ll Do
- Identify and onboard colleges, universities, training institutes, and educational organizations.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with
TPOs, placement cells, faculty coordinators, and institutional decision-makers
.
- Promote Hackingly’s hackathons,



bootcamps, workshops, coding competitions, and academic initiatives.
- Generate business opportunities through
cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and field visits
.
- Schedule and conduct online and offline meetings with institutional stakeholders.
- Negotiate partnership terms and close collaboration agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of partnered events.
- Represent Hackingly at college visits, education expos, seminars, and networking events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and partnership status in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly partnership and revenue targets.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and partnership performance.
