About the Role

Dealing.com is seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Senior Manager Social Media to lead and elevate our social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other relevant digital

platforms. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated social media strategy that strengthens brand awareness, builds executive thought leadership, drives community

engagement, and contributes to business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fintech, financial services, crypto, blockchain, or technology sectors, with a proven track record of building high-impact social media programs for both B2B

and B2C audiences. This role requires close collaboration with Brand, Content, PR, Product Marketing, and Business teams to position Dealing.com as a trusted voice within the financial and digital asset ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:





Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with business, marketing, and brand objectives.
- Define annual and quarterly social media roadmaps, KPIs, and growth strategies across all social platforms.
- Identify emerging trends, platform innovations, and audience behaviors to continuously evolve the social strategy.

Brand & Thought Leadership
- Build and strengthen Dealing.com's brand presence across digital channels.
- Lead executive and founder thought leadership initiatives through impactful social media content.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the PR team to amplify corporate announcements, events, media coverage, and leadership visibility.
