The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role oversees the complete sales cycle-from lead generation to project handover-while working closely with the Design, Marketing, and Project Management teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :-
1. Sales Strategy Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor target achievement.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Generate and qualify current leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements, budget, and project scope.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Conduct client presentations showcasing the companys portfolio and capabilities.
- Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of client queries throughout the sales process.
3. Sales Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Set sales KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Train team members on products, sales processes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Design team to align client expectations with project deliverables.
4. Sales Operations Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Management and Design teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.
- Oversee preparation of proposals, contracts, and sales documentati
