Role: AI Video Prompt Engineer Intern Location: In office - *Pune/India*

About Midknightstudio: At Midknightstudio Private Limited, we are pushing the boundaries of digital content. We are looking for a creative and technical intern who lives on the cutting edge of generative media to join our team.
The Role: You will act as the bridge between creative concepts and AI generation. You won't just be "using" AI tools; you will be engineering prompts to create consistent, high-quality video assets that align with our specific storytelling needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generative Workflow: Craft, test, and refine complex prompts for text-to-video and image-to-video models (Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs, Kling, Sora, etc.).
- Localization & Scripting: Read and interpret Hindi scripts/prompts to ensure the visual output culturally and contextually matches the Hindi narrative.
- Consistency Control: Develop techniques to maintain character consistency and style across multiple generated clips.
- Asset Creation:
Generate high-quality B-roll and visuals that are difficult or impossible to shoot traditionally.
- Tool Research: Stay updated daily on the latest AI models and update the team on new capabilities.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in reading and writing Hindi. You should be comfortable understanding Hindi scripts and generating prompts that align with the language's nuances.
- Portfolio: A link to a portfolio or social media handle (Twitter/Instagram) showcasing your AI-generated video work is mandatory.
- Tool Proficiency: Deep understanding of prompting syntax (seeds, negative prompts, weights) for tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Pika.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of video parameters (frame rate, aspect ratio, motion bucket).
