Job Description – Assistant Manager/Sr Software Engineer

Job brief:

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Full Stack AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Cloud Technologies, and modern web application development. This is a coding-intensive role requiring active participation in architecture, design, development, code reviews, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, comfortable working across the full stack, and capable of building scalable AI-powered applications from concept to production.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong coding expertise.
- Strong programming experience in Python (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in Full Stack Development:
- Backend: Python, FastAPI, Flask, Django
- Frontend: React.js,



Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs and Microservices.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Hands-on experience building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying Machine Learning models.
- Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and XGBoost.
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments and implementing MLOps practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure Cloud Platforms (Mandatory).
- Experience with cloud-native development, containerization, and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
