Talent Acquisition Specialist (Healthcare, CRO & Technology)

About the Role

Synapmed is looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build exceptional teams across Healthcare, Clinical Research, Life Sciences, and Technology.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience hiring across Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), Healthcare Technology, Product Engineering, Data Science, and Corporate functions. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent that supports Synapmed's growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

• Screen resumes,



conduct initial candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Track recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Source Effectiveness, and Offer Acceptance Rate.

• Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Prior hiring experience in CROs, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Healthcare Technology, or related industries.
