- The purpose of this role is to tire designing of all steel category for new product as per market requirement. The person should be able to perform the required activity for new product design & improvement in existing product as per market feedback.

Decision Making Authority (This will be for every job allocated to the individual)

- Responsible of Tire designing of all steel category as below.
- Cavity , Layout preparation, Pattern drawing
- Manufacturing specification, EPR review
- Technical document preparation, Communication with PM team.
- Responsible for New design Proposal making & DEPR approval.
- Should be capable of Study tire testing results & analysis.
- Claim/ fail tyre analysis
- Benchmarking process
- Person should travel to plant as per requirement to smoothly execution of new tire development.

- Current product designing & manufacturing Specification at given time frame.
- Proto/pilot result review time & feedback to plant.
- Design standardization/ simplification in segment.
