We are looking for a Studio Designer with robust print and digital design skills to join a dynamic, growing creative agency. In this role, you will deliver high-quality design assets across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency and production excellence. You will collaborate closely with the Studio Lead, contributing to creative conceptualisation while executing production-ready designs for global brands.

Requirements

Location: Bangalore (Remote initially, moving to hybrid: minimum 3 days in-office)
Experience: 2+ years (recommended for production-ready design expertise)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Department: Studio Creative Production
Qualification: Graduate in Design, Visual Communication, or related field

Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Solid knowledge of print design, layout, typography, and color management
- Experience designing for social media, email, landing pages, and digital marketing
- Ability to prepare print-ready files and manage quality assurance for print outputs




- Image retouching, color correction, and resolution optimization for print assets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high production standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Creative thinking and structured problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality digital and print assets including social posts, banners, brochures, and marketing collateral
- Maintain brand consistency across formats and platforms
- Perform image retouching and preparation for print production
- Contribute to the creative development of projects alongside the Studio Lead
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in design outputs, especially for print
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital and print design
- Support the studio team in executing projects on time and to a high standard
