Roles & Responsibilities:
- To work with Contracts team to float tenders
- Coordinates with Design team and MEP services consultants to get approvals for final drawings
- Identifies and resolves issues hampering project progress
- Plans MEP schedule
- Monitors installation, Commissioning Testing, performance trails of all equipment such as HVAC, Escalators
- Conducts regular site visits to ensure minimal wastage in use of materials
- Provides inputs on MEP Services design to Design team at concept design stage
- Evaluates detailed design brief submitted by MEP Services consultants to ensure design brief is as per design plan, is optimal and in compliance with necessary statutory requirements for MEP works
- Provides technical / work scope inputs, reviews and finalizes tender prepared by Services Consultant
- Prepares monthly report on Project updates
- Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area

Competencies Required:
- Knowledge of MEP services such as Electrical equipment, fire fighting system, plumbing, escalators, etc.
- Construction & Project Management skills

Knowledge of latest technologies and materials usage related to MEP
