Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Sunday off)
Timings: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST (includes a 1-hour break)

Job Summary

Kalagara, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate for our Investments & Acquisitions function. This is a broad,
high-trust role that sits at the center of a multi-entity operating group spanning mortgage lending, real
estate brokerage, construction, insurance, title, and real estate investment. You will underwrite deals,
build the financial models that decide whether we buy land or walk away, keep our licenses and regulatory
filings current across a growing multi-state footprint, and own the books that everything else is measured
against.
