We are looking for a Field Service Engineer that will adapt to the Service Delivery function set here in GBA

- To perform the activities with maximum Efficiency to meet predefined targets
- Maximize the Number of jobs attended per Day and utilize the maximum working hours while maintaining customer loyalty
- Ensure that maximum leads are generated through the cross-selling program and timely communication of promo offers
- To engage with the customers and have good communication customer handling skills to meet customer satisfaction scores
- To develop competencies for new instrument portfolios by self-learning and initiative or training
- Taking ownership and showing flexibility to the organizational needs

We are looking for a Service professional who is willing to develop his/her career in the fast-growing Service business and expect to have minimum of the below:
- Experience in the relevant field job up to 5 Years
- Experience in handling Installations of GC Analyzers in Oil Gas Companies
- Experience in handling Minor Breakdowns in GC Analyzers
- Basic knowledge on Special Detectors like FPD, FD-HID, SCD
- Problem Solving skills
- Good in Internal and External Communication
- UAE Drivers license would be preferred but is not compulsory
- Genuine Passion for Customer Satisfaction
