Job Summary:
- We are looking for a visionary and hands-on AI/ML Engineering Lead/Technical Architect to define and build our enterprise-wide AI and machine learning capabilities.
- In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic vision, architecture, and execution of our AI initiatives.
- You will lead a team of engineers and data scientists, designing and implementing scalable and robust AI/ML systems that solve complex business problems and drive innovation.
- This role requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Define the strategic roadmap and technical architecture for AI/ML across the organization.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable machine learning models and AI systems.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers, data scientists, and software engineers.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices, including model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize,



and scope high-impact AI opportunities.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies, frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible development of AI models.

Required Qualifications:
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.
- Robust experience in designing and building large-scale AI/ML systems in a cloud environment.
- Expertise in MLOps, model deployment, and continuous monitoring.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG).
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., Finance, Healthcare).
- Published research
